By accessing or using Kenal Stamps services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our contract verification and stamping services.
Kenal Stamps, operated by Unbraided AI Sdn Bhd, provides contract verification and digital stamping services, including but not limited to employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), memorandums of understanding (MOUs), general contracts, and other type of instruments as stated in the First Schedule of the Stamps Act 1949. Our AI-powered platform extracts key information from contracts and provides digital verification stamps to help businesses and individuals validate contract authenticity and compliance with Malaysian legal requirements.
By using our contract verification and stamping services, you agree to:
All content, features, and functionality of Kenal Stamps platform, including but not limited to AI algorithms, extraction technology, verification systems, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Unbraided AI Sdn Bhd and are protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the contracts and documents you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant Unbraided AI Sdn Bhd a limited license to process, and analyze your contracts solely for the purpose of providing stamping services. We do not claim ownership of your contract content.
Your use of our contract verification services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By uploading contracts to our platform, you consent to the processing of contract data for verification and stamping purposes, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your contract data. Contract information is processed using AI technology to extract relevant details for verification purposes. We do not share your contract content with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with contract verification and stamping services according to the pricing plans in effect when the charges are incurred. All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Fees are charged per contract processed, regardless of contract size or complexity.
Kenal Stamps operates on a credit-based system with the following refund policy:
Refund Process: To request a refund for exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team at support@kenal.io within 30 days of the transaction. Include your transaction details and reason for the refund request.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Kenal Stamps provides contract verification and stamping services as a technological tool to assist with document processing. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee the legal validity of contracts processed through our platform.
Unbraided AI Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our contract verification services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific contract processing services in question. We are not responsible for the legal consequences of contracts processed through our platform.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted contract processing services, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our contract verification and stamping services with or without notice for maintenance, updates, or improvements.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Kenal Stamps services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Use, misuse of contract verification services, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
