General Contracts covers the broad set of fixed-duty (RM10) business agreements that fall outside the dedicated employment, tenancy, and loan workflows — non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding, service agreements, and similar instruments.
These are supported as a standard product feature, not on a case-by-case basis. The document types system handles fixed-duty instruments through the same upload, review, and submission flow as the rest of the platform.
