Reports
The six report types available and how to generate and export them.
Kenal Stamps includes a reporting system that lets you review submissions, spending, and activity. The reports you can see depend on your role and permission scope.
Available Reports
| Report | What it shows | Required scope |
|---|---|---|
| My Submissions | Your personal contract submissions | Own |
| Financial | Spending and duty analysis | Department or higher |
| Submissions | All contract submissions across your department or organization | Department or higher |
| Wallet Transactions | Service credit, duty wallet, and exemption credit activity | Department or higher |
| Audit Trail | Complete history of all actions taken on contracts | Organization |
| Departments | Aggregated statistics broken down by department | Organization |
If you do not see a report type, your current role may not include the required permission scope. Contact your Organization Admin to request access.
