Submitting and Recalling

How to confirm a contract for stamping, recall it if needed, and download the certificate.

Once you have reviewed a contract and the details look correct, you can submit it for stamping. This page covers the submission process, what to do if you need to undo it, and how to get your certificate.

Submitting for Stamping

  1. Open a contract that is in Pending status.
  2. Review the extracted data and the duty calculation on the right.
  3. Make sure you have sufficient balance in your wallets.
  4. Click Submit for Stamping.

The system will:

  • Deduct 1 Service Credit (platform fee)
  • Deduct the duty amount from your Duty Wallet (or 1 Exemption Credit for exempt employment contracts)
  • Move the contract to Confirmed status

From there, it will be picked up automatically for submission to LHDN.

You cannot edit a contract after submission. Double-check the details before clicking Submit.

Recalling a Contract

Made a mistake? You can recall a contract as long as it is still in Confirmed status. Once it moves to Processing, it can no longer be recalled.

To recall:

  1. Open the contract.
  2. Click Recall (this button only appears while the contract is in Confirmed status).
  3. Confirm the action.

When you recall a contract:

  • All charges are refunded in full (service credits, duty wallet funds, and exemption credits)
  • The contract returns to Pending status so you can edit and resubmit it

Downloading Certificates

When a contract reaches Completed status, the stamp certificate is ready.

  1. Open the contract from your contract list or from the Dashboard.
  2. Click Download Certificate.
  3. The stamped certificate PDF will download to your computer.

Processing Times

Most contracts are completed within 24 to 48 hours. More complex cases may take longer. You can track progress on your Dashboard or by checking the contract's status in the contract list.

If a contract moves to Failed status, open it to see the error message. Contact support at support@kenal.io if you need help.
